Simple ways to foster gratitude and forgiveness
Strategies to cleanse negativity from your mind
The art of contentment

Practicing meditation for over 20 years
Practiced intensively for 6 years as a monk in Burma
Taught meditation in Burma, Thailand and USA
Mentors individuals and groups in mindfulness, meditation and Dharma exploration
Consults for corporations and teaches the arts of mindfulness, stress reduction and positive attitude in the workplace
